We want you to love your Doscher. But if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

7-day Return Policy

You have 7 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. No long waits, just reach out and we'll guide you through it.

What we need from you:

• Items must be unused.
• In their original packaging, with all tags intact.
• Please hold onto your digital receipt or proof of purchase, you'll need it.

How to start a return:

1. Email us on [email protected] including your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you Doscher’s return address, return shipping label and instructions. Please don't send anything back without reaching out first. We can't accept unrequested returns.
3. Once the product is received and verified to be in good conditions, the product will be exchanged or the amount will be refunded to your account within a maximum of 15 business days.

Few things to keep in mind:

1. Open your package as soon as it arrives while keeping everything its original labels and packaging. If anything looks off, damaged, defective or just not what you ordered, contact us immediately.
2. The fastest way to exchange is to return your item and place a new order once we've received and approved the return.
3. When processing your refund, return shipping fees may be deducted from the total refunded amount.
4. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.
